Customized workout plans to match your fitness goals and help you create the physique you want. Workout plans would be updated one a month as per the changes in your body.

Supplemental Schedule

Complete supplemental plan would be provided as per your goals and your body requirement.

Diet Schedule

On the basis of your body analysis and your fitness goals, a complete nutrition plan would be provided. This would include customized diet chart. Nutrition plan would be updated one a month as per the changes in your body.

In these programs you will be provided with a customized diet and workout plans which will be designed according to
1. Your body
2. Your Food Preferences
3. Your Daily routine
4. Your exercise timings and meal timings
You will receive a detailed form, where you can choose all the Diet Preferences.

For Workout Plans, they will be prepared according to
1. Your goals
2. Number of workouts/week
3. Workout duration
4. Exercise equipment available with you or complete body-weight
For exercise video and instructions you will be provided access to our workout app wherein you will have detailed information about all your workouts along with instruction videos.
You will also be able to track your progress and communicate with me using the app.
Your plans will be customised as and when needed during the course of the program so as to ensure best and fast results.

How does body transformation membership works

  1. Once you join, you will receive a detailed form, where you can enter all your preferences for food, exercise and routine.
  2. Your customised meal and workout plan will be prepared in 24-48 hours. Once the plans are ready, you will receive access to our mobile app, where you can check the plans.
  3. You can track your daily workouts, your daily diet on the app. You can also upload your pictures and measurements in the app. This will help me track your progress week by week.
  4. During your 4 weeks of membership, you will have my full support, and we will do any updates in diet/workout needed to ensure fast results .
  5. Your membership duration will be for 4 weeks, at the end of 4 weeks if you have achieved your goals you can stop the membership. To continue using our services you would need to renew the plan after 4 weeks.

What’s Not included in the program

  1. This is a an online program, hence no personal training sessions are offered.
  2. Supplements are not included.
  3. We don’t have phone consultation. All support/queries are handled via email/facebook messenger/mobile app chat.

How do I start my body transformation?

We begin with your fitness assessment. Your strength level, endurance level, flexibility, training experience, and body composition. Next, we look at your goal, what type of body you want to achieve.

Once you have these two things in mind we can then create a proper transformation plan and give you an idea of how long it may take to achieve your ideal physique.

Yes, If you are following the right diet and workout routine and committed to your schedule you will change your body in 4 weeks.

However, actual results may depend on a lot of factors, your consistency, fitness level, genetics, etc. Everybody gets different results.

If your goal is Fat Loss, you can lose 3-4 kg weight or 2-3% body fat drop.

If your goal is Muscle gain, you can gain 2-3  kg muscle with a 4 weeks Plan.

For abs you would need to lose Body Fat% and gain muscle mass. Typically, you would need at to be approx 10-12% body fat to get abs.You can click here to check your Body Fat%.

Now, that you know your body %, you can do the calculation. Let say you are at 16% body fat range then you should be able to get abs in 8 weeks following our plans.

While body transformation may mean different things to different individuals, someone might want to participate in the championship, someone may want to get ready for a wedding or a photoshoot and some others may want to lose weight.

But if the body transformation program is followed properly you may see significant changes in your body in 8 to 12 weeks.
