How I became an online personal trainer

It started back in 2012, when I was training for a bodybuilding competition. A young guy came to me and asked if I can help him with personal training.

I asked him, there is a head coach in the gym and there are several other trainers. Why do you need my help?

To which he replied, they are trying to sell supplements and injections. I am a corporate guy and i don’t want to do that stuff.

I have never trained anyone before, it was an interesting challenge and I said let’s try. I told him that i wont be able to physically train him but i can give him online personal training. And he became my first student.

In the next 12 weeks he lost 8-9 kgs and got abs for the first time in his life, without any pills or injections!

when i started working with clients, I realized that most people are not aware of the basics. They dont know when to change the diet, when to change the exercise. Even if they are doing something wrong – they are not aware of it. When people hire an online personal trainer, they completely rely on their trainer. 

That is why being proactive is a big part. I am always watching and i’ll be the first one to tell you that you are making a mistake. You will always get a push from my side to keep moving, keep going ahead.

This helps them understand the workouts better, adapt to diets faster and leads to overall smooth transition. This is why i created a personal training support system via whatsapp, phone calls, and mobile app. The Weekly coaching session are especially designed to give a personal space where you can discuss all your challenges, concerns and roadblocks.
