Member: Umm, Sir I have tried XYZ diet once and I did ABC workout as well.
It’s interesting to see when people ask these questions. We live in a world of instant gratification. We click one button and we see the results. We want the same thing to happen to our body as well. We pop one pill and we want to get ripped the next day.
However, science has not yet figured out our body so well. So, for the present, we have to rely on patience and perseverance as our primary weapons in fat loss war.
Every diet plan, be it keto, IF, Low carb, Low fat etc works. That’s the reason why it is popular because 100’s of people have gotten results from it.
What does not work, is the lack of determination. When you start some program, stick to it and track it. And make minor adjustments along the journey. That’s how you get results!
