Fat loss and muscle gain are predictable.

Me: So Ajay, what are your fitness goals?

Member: Sir, I want to get ripped like Ranveer Singh!

Me: Very nice! So, how long do you think it will take to get you there?

Member: Sir, I think a year or so.

Me: Alright! It seems fair. So what is your plan for the next 2 months?

Member: Umm sir! I will work out regularly and eat right.

Failing to plan is planning to fail.

When I plan for athletes I plan their Macro, Meso and Micro cycles.

What this means is we answer three simple questions.

What is your year-end goal and how can we achieve it?
How are you going to achieve your 3 months goal?
What is your weekly goal and how can we achieve it?

To be able to get the results, you need to hit your daily goals, your daily calorie goals, daily protein goals, daily workout goals.

If you are not hitting your daily, weekly and monthly goals, you are NEVER going to hit your Yearly goal. Period.
